Incinerate is a Plasmid in BioShock Infinite's Burial at Sea DLC.
It has the same effect as the Devil's Kiss Vigor in the core game, at least from a functional standpoints - both set things on fire real nice.
There may be a subtle difference in how each plays, but that has not yet been made clear.
