A statue which doubles as a call for the monstrous Songbird.
The statue contains a group of flutes inside of it, and Songbird is programmed to respond to certain note combinations when played specifically on these flutes.

The song which calls the Songbird to attack is unknown, but there is an alternate song which makes the Songbird subservient to whoever plays it.
Note that this song in itself is a SPOILER, so don't read any lower if you haven't beaten the game.
