- This specific NPC is needed for the quest Understanding the Politics of Heidel, where you need to "Learn about Xian Alliance from a Heidelian".
- The Heidelian is located at the north/northwest part of town, close to where Trade Manager Siuta and Stable Keeper Vanacil is. He is sitting on a cart, talking to some other villagers, including a giant villager. The Heidelian is wearing some sort of strange hat. See screenshots and map below for help if you can't find him.
- Note that he is labled "Villager" and not "Heidelian" in the game.
- If you go during the night hours, sometimes he is not there. If you can't locate him, try coming back during the daytime hours.
