- Bring the cart to Vype Stoner, then press the R key to put down the cart and talk to him.
Walkthrough[edit]
- Go up the stairs and locate a handcart. There will be a sort of minigame where you have to move the cart while keeping it balanced. Take the cart and put it down next to Vype Stoner, then talk to him to complete the quest.
