"Aim and fire mortar" is an objective in the sidequest This Is Only a Test in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Now that Karima has the shield on you need to re-aim the mortar. interact with the wheels then hit the button to fire the Mortar right at Overlook. The shields will hold. Now go turn in the mission!
