"Bullet to the Knee" is an Easter Egg in Borderlands 2
One of the NPCs in Sanctuary tells you:
"I used to be a Vault Hunter like you, until I took a bullet to the knee"
This is a parody of Skyrim's joke, Arrow to the Knee
How to find Bullet to the Knee Easter Egg[edit]
Talk to Sanctuary Citizens until one of them tells you this phrase. Might take a lot of tries.
