This Spike Trap is located outside Bulstoss's Lair in Hunter's Grotto
Use this trap to perform human sacrifice so that the scent of blood lures Bulstoss out of his cave. You can either sacrifice yourself or "volunteer" a Savage who would be happy to help if you just ask.
Operate by activating a lever.
Bulstoss drops a Rex pistol such as Sir Hammerlock's Rex
