"Clear ice from bridge" is an objective in the quest Get Frosty in How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day DLC
Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the West to find the raised bridge. You need to break off the ice that is holding the train bridge in the raised position. Look at the base of each of the sides. You will see there is ice there. Shoot it with your gun to break it apart. This will clear the way for the bridge to lower.
