"Collect Crumpets" is an optional objective in the sidequest You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the Buzzard Academy. Go inside and head up the stairs. Turn to the right and head up the next set of stairs. Look on the table to the left to find the plate of Crumpets that is sitting there.
