"Collect brain candy" is an objective in the quest Trick or Treat in T.K. Baha's Bloody Harvest DLC

Walkthrough[edit]
Zombie TK Baha will ask you to go collect some brain flavored candy for him that the townsfolk have collected for him. He can't really move at present.
Head on out into the Necropolis. Deal with whatever reanimated bandits come after. You can either head out and over to The Pumpkin Patch to collect the pieces around there and Hallowed Hollow Farms or go toward the village.
Necropolis Piece[edit]
Head through the gate toward The Pumpkin Patch. Head over to the ledge before the drop down into the patch. Drop onto the small shore by all the lava. You will find the piece of brain candy in the skeleton's hand as its car bobs up and down in the lava. Move to the edge of the ledge and you should be able to reach the candy without having to jump onto the car.
Turn around and climb on up the slope to get back to the main path.
The Pumpkin Patch Piece[edit]
This one looks tricky to get but is very simple in reality. From the Pumpkin Patch head on toward the Hallowed Hollow Farms Blood Tank. Jump up to it then jump onto the pipe. Follow the pipe up and over to the small nest with the Psycho's skeleton and the Brain Candy.
Church of the Dead[edit]
Head into the Church of the Dead. Go around back and look for the tree that is directly to the North of it. Look into its branches and you will find the next piece of Brain Candy. All you need to do is shoot it down.
Lavabluffs Pieces[edit]
Head up from Lavashore Village and to the Bluffs through The Infested Forge. Get into town and head to the wooden stairs leading down. When you make it to the stairs, look to the right as you head down the second set. There is a an opening in the fence you can head through. Do so and drop down to the houses close to the lava. Get over to the second house and you will find the piece of Brain Candy. Head on back along the porch and jump for the ladder.
Lavashore Village Piece[edit]
Go into the Lavashore Village. Go on over to the burnt out bridge that is in the Eastern part of it. You will see the candy held by a skeleton on top of it. You need to circle around to the Lavabluffs to reach this piece (Or grenade jump up). Head to the wooden stairs and past the house on them. Perform a running jump to reach the top of the bridge. Head to the end of it to find the final skeleton with the Brain Candy
