"Cross waterway" is an objective in the Story Mission Bright Lights, Flying City in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head in toward the Extraction plant. Here you will encounter a lot more Loaders than anything else. There will be a few Engineers to deal with as well, so be on guard about them. Fight your way toward the Southeastern corner of the Extraction plant. As you approach the bridge it will be collapsed, cutting off your way forward here.
Head to the Northwest and look for the stairs leading up to the tower with the trolley. This trolley is going between the two sides of the river. Climb on up the stairs and hit the button at the top of the stairs. This will call the trolley over to you. Get onto it when it docks. After that hit the button again to send the trolley back across the water.
