"Destroy Hodunk tire" is an objective in the sidequest Clan War: Starting the War in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Move on back and just wait for the dynamite to go off. It will collapse the sign and bring down the wall that was blocking your way into the Hodunk Speedway. Kill of the 2 grunts that come after you for destroying the tire and gate.
