"Destroy Loaders" is an objective in the Story Mission A Dam Fine Rescue in Borderlands 2 if you didn't rescue Roland on the Bloodshot Ramparts
Walkthrough[edit]
With Roland free, the Vault Hunter and him need to fight through a number of Loaders. You will encounter a WAR Loader in addition to the Surveyors, GUN Loaders and EXP Loaders who are already after you. use the cover provided by Roland's Scorpio Turret and tyhe barricades to keep alive through this intense fight.
When it is over, talk with Roland to turn in the quest.
