This is the 3rd of the Dexiduous Eridium Totem Furnaces needed to spawn the hidden raid boss Dexiduous in Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt DLC in Borderlands 2.
It is located in Hunter's Grotto
This one can be tricky to get to because you have to approach it from above. Find the lever and lift in the Grotto that will take you upwards. In the map below, "X" marks the spot of the giant lift:
