"Find Jack journal 5" is an objective in the sidequest Get to Know Jack in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
In the Arid Nexus Boneyard head to the Northern central portion. There you will find a stationary windmill. Head over to the nearby power station, to the Northeast, of the windmill. Go to the Eastern side and turn it on. This will stir up the Rakk nest there. One of the Rakks has the ECHO recording. Shoot down the marked Rakk. From it will drop the final ECHO Journal.
