"Find engagement ring" is an objective in the quest Wingman in Pirates Booty DLC
Walkthrough[edit]
Head out of Oasis and go to the North, then West. You are wanting to head for the Horrid Hideaway. Once inside you have the option of fighting through all the pirates or just making a rush for the ring.
To get to the right you need to head straight in. Go on up the first set of stairs you find and go up them until you finding a landing to the North of you after going up a few sets of stairs. It's on a northern landing. Head on to the Northern point of it. There you will find a small set of shelves that have the Engagement Ring on them.
Shade will contact you then. He's too shy to propose to Natalie in person. He will ask you to go in his stead.
