"Find gun chamber" is an objective in the sidequest Hungry Like the Skag in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head into one of the marked search areas on the map. Each contains a high concentration of skags. Each skag has a chance to drop a piece of the gun. The final piece to drop is the Gun Chamber. It's very possible to get multiple pieces of the gun in the same location
