"Find second question" is a objective in the sidequest Fake Geek Guy in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC.

The second question is found in the Streetwise Wharfs in Eastern Borderlands 2: Flamerock Refuge. Head over to the bridge you see there and a Scroll Thief will grab the scroll and run away. The objective will update.
