Shade's friend, Jocko is a man of simple aspirations. He wishes to be a sand pirate. To this end, Shade asks the Vault Hunter to go and collect numerous pirate accessories for Jocko.
Head on out from Oasis to the marked search area to the Southeast. You will find a large pirate encampment there. This means exactly what you'd think. A dozen plus pirates against you. For the duration of this mission, you will find that most pirates you encounter will drop either gold teeth or peg legs.
Go inside the camp and start shooting. There are a lot of them to deal with. Each has a chance to drop either the Gold Teeth or the Peg Legs. You will encounter most of the basic varieties of pirates while hunting up these pieces. Just kill and loot your way on through this camp.

Some might say that by completing these quests for Shade, you're enabling his delusional behavior and accelerating his downward spiral into madness. Those people are stupid.
