"Honk horn at gate" is an objective in the Story Mission A Dam Fine Rescue in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Drive on up to the gate and hit the button you are prompted to for the Runner's horn. This will trigger some conversation and almost get you in. Flaksteak will notice and send a number of men after you. To move on, you either can run or gun them all done usign the vehicle.
