"Kill 20 Bloodshots" is an optional objective in the Story Mission The Road to Sanctuary in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head into the Windbreak Camp. Just start killing Bandits there. They are all Bloodshot Bandits. Each one counts for. Kill them until you get a message from Lt. David. This marks that you have completed the objective.
