Because of the 1 minute time limit, it is much better to be overleveled for this encounter. It will make it a lot easier to quickly deal with Bloodtail. Because of the trek between the location and the start of the mission, this is very recommended.
Bloodtail will leap out cloaked and come on after you. This is the hard part as your target is invisible. Watch for the slight blur effect or just start spraying bullets all around. There is always a crackling effect when Bloodtail attacks. Watch for his movement and attack him. Bloodtail attacks like any other Stalker. The thing is he is hardier and has a slightly sturdier shield.
