"Kill Canine" is an objective in the sidequest Winter Is A Bloody Business from Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Once you have slaughtered Jeffrey's Guard then the Canine and the Molehill will come after you.
The Canine is a much hardier Knight than most others you find aside from badasses. He comes after you using a shield and sword.
