Leave the area of Sanctuary. It is time for that location to become its next location: Sanctuary Hole, which leads to the Caustic Caverns. Angel will contact that Vault Hunter and explain that The Fridge is the way to the Highlands where she thinks that Lilith has moved Sanctuary to.
