It drops from the boss Vermivorous the Invincible, rarely from Terramorphous, the Gingertown Loot Train, as well as from Pyro Pete the Ultra-Invincible.
There is also a small chance a Legendary Class Mod will appear from a gun chest.
There is also a chance a legendary class mod will appear in a Dr.Zed health station as the item of the day .though it may be a lower level and all skills +4 instead of 5. Also found from chubbies
