Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the North now using your Runner voer to the Steam Pump nearby the entrance to Sanctuary. There is a maintenance hatch nearby. Look at it to find the glowing valve. Find it and give it a twist. A gust of steam will come out of the hatch and that will cause the second ECHO recording to appear Boll ECHO Recording 2
