"Pick up Carson's ECHO" is an objective in the sidequest The Good, the Bad, and the Mordecai in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
To get to Carson, you need to do a little jumping. Climb onto the nearby chest. Jump from there onto the rooftop of the prison Carson is in. Duck by the opening and you will be able to reach Carson and his ECHO.
