"Pick up lunar supply beacon" is an objective in the Story Mission Bright Lights, Flying City in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Hop off the trolley on the far side of the waterway. Go over to the Southeast and head over to the gate there. It will open up with a Constructor and a few Loaders. This will get you over to Orbital Receiving And Processing. Angel will tell you that you need to get a Lunar Supply beacon and get the Moon base to send a blank Fast Travel Station. Approach the beacon on the far side of the wall. Then the problems begin: A Thresher eats it.
