"Place Sawtooth Stilts flag" is an objective in the sidequest Capture the Flags in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Fight your way on through to the Main Street Reservoir. From there just press on toward the East and the flag stand with the Sawtooth Flag you see there. Head on over to it and interact with the icon of the Slab Flag. This will place the flag.
