"Place beacon for Ulysses" is an objective in the sidequest The Great Escape in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head back up to The Buzzard Nest and go back to Ulysses on the Northern side of the platform. You will see where to place the beacon in front of him. He is practically screaming for you to place it.
Turn in the quest then climb up the ladder and watch the results of your labor.
