"Talk to Ragnar" is a mission objective in the quest Dwarven Allies in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC
Walkthrough[edit]
Rangar is found in front of the massive gate inside the Hall of Emancipation. Approach the king of the Dwarves and get close to him. After the dialogue, hit the melee button to explode the King of the Dwarves. Unfortunately you have to do it and there's no way to avoid it.
Dialogue[edit]
Brick: "I punch him!"
Mordecai: "Brick, don't. If you just talk to him we ..."
Brick: "I punch him."
Lilith: "Argh!"
