"Reach Blackburn Cove" is an objective in the sidequest Symbiosis in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head on over to the Gateway Harbor and go to the South. Fight on through the small bandit settlement and the bullymongs. Just past them you will find the entryway to the Southern Shelf Bay.
Once in the bay, continue to the South toward the break in the ice. You will encounter more Bullymongs and there are some Rakks overhead. Deal with them and go to the small crossing. You will see a platform on the far side you can summon with the lever that is on the right. You can either cross using the platform or by using the chain as a walkway. Go on up the slope on the far side to reach the outskirts of Blackburn Cove by going East. Raise the drawbridge and you will be there.
