"Set up Tina's damsels" is an objective in the Story Mission A Train to Catch in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Head out of Tiny Tina's Workshop and head to the Southeast. This leads right to another Bandit camp: Meltwater Crossing. Head to the Eastern building by the train tracks in the area. There is a ladder you can climb up. Get up to the top. There you will find 2 post you can put the Damsels. Go to each and interact with them to put the Damsel on each.
