Borderlands 2: Slag Bullets

A slagged target is identified by the purple smoke coming out of it

Slag Bullets in Borderlands 2 cause enemies to become Slagged. Slagged enemies take bonus damage from all Non-Slag attacks.

You know an enemy is Slagged if you see a purple aura/purple smoke covering his body.
