"Summon Mister Snowflake" is an objective in the quest Get Frosty in How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day DLC
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the North from the Mercenary Day Tree. Go over to the Vending Machines and restock. From there head through the cave on the right. This will lead you to On Frozen Pond. Tinder Snowflake will want you to leave so he can kill everyone while you are gone. Just dive in and start killing off the Snowmen that've spawned.
With them dealt with go to the far side of the lake. You will find a small wooden platform. On there are a number of Bells. Once Small Timmy says his piece, interact with them. This angers Tinder Snowflake and will provoke him into coming straight at you.
