"Take scroll" is a objective in the sidequest Fake Geek Guy in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the Northeastern piers and go over to the crane arm you see there. Just interact with the arm to raise the cage with the skeleton holding the question. Just grab the scroll from it to trigger the end of the quest.
