"Take Sapling" is an objective in the side quest Tree Hugger in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC.
Walkthrough[edit]
Talk with Aubrey the Teenage Treant and she will lower herself down and reveal a sapling on her right-hand side. Grab it and then start on down the hill.
