"Talk to Marcus" is an objective in the quest Get Frosty in How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day DLC
Walkthrough[edit]
Head into Marcus's Mercenary Shop and go over to the left. There you will find Marcus who explains that the has a problem that needs some help. After you talk with him go over to the right and through the door he opens. Follow him to the back door of the store where he will open a wardrobe and the next objective appears.
