The Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack Two: Digistruct Peak Challenge is a DLC announced by Randy Pitchford during PAX Australia (PAX AUS) on July 20th, 2013
This DLC includes:
Digistruct Peak Challenge: Level cap pack+ content: adds 11 more levels (new level cap will be 72 assuming you got the Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack)
Involves Patricia Tannis and Lilith.
Digistruct Peak is a new map where Patricia Tannis will let players fight high-lvl enemies (which they can "over level" to create an "impossible" challenge)

This new upgrade pack will cost $5 and is not a part of the season pass
