WAR Loader is an enemy Loader in Borderlands 2.
These are Robotic enemies armed with long range gun, and can shoot at you from afar. They can also fire a barrage of missiles and have a close range, high fire rate.
You run into many of these in the Shipping Yard in the mission Wildlife Preservation and in Where Angels Fear to Tread
