Walkthrough[edit]
- Travel into the Heck Hole to arrive in Sanguine Hollow.
- Travel into the Butcher Gardens.
- Go to the Southwestern section and get into the cathedral that you can see in this area.
- Before beginning the puzzle, clear the area of enemies like the Ghosts and undead Maliwan troops.
- After clearing at least the entrance, begin by looking on the left-hand side for the illuminated pumpkins.
- Note the colors coming from the pumpkins, they will be telling the order to pull the chains.
- Example Chain Sequence: Yellow, Purple, Yellow, Purple
- This will be different for each Vault Hunter.
- Pulling the chains will have the wall opposite the skulls crash down.
- A bell will toll above you as well.
- Go through the new opening and follow this opening to find the Ossuary
- Open the chest found along the Eastern wall to collect the loot within.
