Walkthrough[edit]
- Emerging from the portal, you will find the Heck Hole unchanged.
- GO into Sanguine Hollow, refilling your ammo and health if needed at the Vending Machines.
- From there, take the stairs down to the West.
- This time, be on guard for Rakk O'Lanterns that are flying in the sky above.
- Like any enemy, they can be possessed by Ghosts so be on guard.
- Follow the path to the West and taking the stairs to the South to reach the first gate.
- Once again, you will need to fight your way through a first wave of Gravedigger Troopers
- Killing most of them will draw out the Gatekeeper Trooper.
- Defeat them to open the gate to allow you to reach the Butcher Gardens.
- Fight your way through the entrance of the cathedral in the Southeastern section.
- Along the way, expect more Gravedigger Troopers, Dissection Troopers and Rakk O'Lanterns.
- The more you fight though, the better chance you will encounter a Badass, like a Badass Heavy Pyre.
- Continue forward to the entrance of the cathedral.
- Approaching the Cathedral, you will once again encounter a Gatekeeper Heavy.
- Once again, you will need to destroy the Shielding Phylacteries protecting the Heavy before you can proceed forward.
- Inside the cathedral, you will again encounter more Ratch and Bloody Ratch that are coming toward you.
- Defeat them and drop into the cavern below using the hole to the East.
- Inside the Clotting Cavern you will once again need to fight through a number of Bloody Ratch Nest that are holding back the Gatekeeper Ratch.
- Clear out all of the bugs and head up the bloody waterfall into the final section.
- Go to the Southeastern end of the cavern and drop into the final area: The Pit of Heck
- Here, you will find Captain Haunt.
