A variant of Borman Nates, a unique Bandit found in the Meridian Outskirts.
- Can drop the Psycho Stabber.
- Can drop any of the Bloody Harvest Legendaries.

Walkthrough[edit]
- Travel to Promethea, going to the Meridian Outskirts to arrive in Fort Pissoff.
- Summon a vehicle from the Catch-A-Ride and head into the Spillways.
- Once outside the Fort, turn to the West and go to the bandit structure just under the nearby overpass.
- Use the nearby elevator to reach the walkway.
- Fight your way through the Bandits here to reach the Northern end.
- Here you have a chance to encounter Borman Nates.
- Defeat him and he has a chance to drop any of the legendaries or the Psycho Stabber.
