Description

Amara's bullets that damage enemies have a chance to ricochet and deal decreased damage to nearby enemies. Ricochet Chance and Damage are increased if the target is currently affected by Phasegrasp or Stillness of Mind.

Indiscriminate can be increased to up to 3 ranks
