Walkthrough[edit]
- After getting the second clue, head to the Northeast, going up the slope toward the entrance of the prison itself.
- On the platform in front of the entrance of the Prison, the Anvil, head to the Southeast, overlooking Hector's Lament.
- Here, you will encounter more COV.
- Go onto the platform to find the clue after defeating a pair of Badass Psychos.
- In the middle of this platform, a heli-pad, is the corpse of one of the gang members.
- Interact with it to have them ignite.
