"Activate control panel" is a mission objective in the story mission "Systems Jammed" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
Exit the area with the final transmitter. Turn to the Northeast and go over to the marked control panel. Drop off the ledge and then make a jump for the control panel that you can see just a ways over.
It won't take long for the triangulation to be completed.

- Trade Moonstones for transmitters
- Buy Upgrade
- Attach transmitter to first comm tower
- Hit transmitter
- Attach transmitter to second comm tower
- Shut down electric fence
- Attach transmitter to last comm tower
- Destroy turrets
- Pick up turret part
- Place turret part
- Activate control panel
- Travel to Crisis Scar
- Return to Moxxi
- Access secret workshop
- Return To Moxxi
- Follow Moxxi
