Walkthrough

Go to the Rocket and interact with the green highlighted portion of the rocket. This will get the Vault Hunter to apply the Stalker Wings to the rocket. Make your way to the South after that. Go to each of the rockets in turn. Interact with the fins in turn to place the wings on each of them.
