A Shielded Badass Scav. Expect to need a second wind or two against this fellow. He can glide around from a jump. Also he enjoys using his slam attack when it becomes an option. Expect some laser fire and grenades from this opponent. Get through the shield with shock and then change to fire to quickly kill him. Just be sure to keep around or weaken some of rthe nearby Scavs.
