Time to take advantage of the Black Market. You can get any one Upgrade for 4 Moonstones. The Backpack upgrade is highly recommended as then you can carry a lot more stuff. Get what helps the most and you will get the transmitters you need for this part of the mission.

- Take violation ticket
- Follow CU5TM-TP
- Give Orbatron to CU5TM-TP
- Head through decontamination
- Complete decontamination process
- Return to Nurse Nina
- Heal Thyself
- Use control tower lift
- Meet the Meriff
- Meet Up Over Bar owner
- Talk to Roland
- Talk to Moxxi
- Get Moonstones
- Get Moonstones from bank
- Get Moonstones from stash
- Take Moonstones
- Trade Moonstones for transmitters
- Buy Upgrade
- Attach transmitter to first comm tower
- Hit transmitter
- Attach transmitter to second comm tower
- Shut down electric fence
- Attach transmitter to last comm tower
- Destroy turrets
- Pick up turret part
- Place turret part
- Activate control panel
- Travel to Crisis Scar
- Return to Moxxi
- Access secret workshop
- Return To Moxxi
- Follow Moxxi
