"Capture Opha" is a mission objective in the story mission "Sterwin Forever" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Walkthrough

Head to the South of Sterwin. You will find a number of Opha in the area. They are well enough spread out you don't need to worry about more than one at a time.

Take one on with a shock weapon to quickly tear through its shield and start hurting it. When you get it to 25% or less life, lob the Grenade. Give it a moment and it will trap the Opha. The grenade remains as Trapped Opha.
